Danish Nohab

Germany never bought any of the NOHABs, locomotives built in Sweden under license from EMD and essentially the european version of the EMD class F. Some have gotten in recently, though, bought used mostly from Denmark. And some of those have received their historic danish paint scheme, such as My 1138 here. I like it.

The NOHABs are only used for construction these days, so it's completely impossible to say where you'll find them. Right now, this one is stationed in Aachen (and can also be found often in Stolberg), but a bit over a month ago, my mother spotted it in Kreiensen, near Göttingen.
