There's nothing wrong with posting low-angle shots of HSB steam locomotives all the time, is there? At least it's better than posting the same low-angle shots of electric locomotives all the time… :D

This tour turned out very different than I expected. For example, I didn't expect to see any narrow-gauge train at all. But due to me being stupid, I had no other choice, so here is 99 7240-7 leaving Drei Annen Hohne with a train for Brocken.

I'm not that happy with the light, because the side of the locomotive is in shadow, but since it's black, it is kind of hard to notice.
