I really did not spend enough time in Hagen to get a good idea of what the city is like, but it does have an interesting geography. It seems to be built right into a valley, only most of the actual valley is taken up by railroad tracks. More railroad tracks than seem necessary, actually, but that's also something very common in this region. In between all this, the little V60 (west), sold to private rail construction company Gleiskraft Lokservice (GKL) looks rather lost.
