Mind the train

My father and I weren't the only rail fans at Kensington Olympia station (London, UK) that day; there were also the red and black jacket men. No idea whether they we waiting for something in particular; they were there before us and remained after we left. Here they are talking with a person who spoke and unintelligible accent and was clearly upset about the price of tea or lack of tea bags or something. It seems that he is making these people miss the London Overground train (a Bombardier "Capitalstar" EMU, British rail class 378) currently pulling into the station.
