Water Level Line

Description

The Vienna (Austria) subway system has some interesting parts. Most of them seem to be along the line U6, which looks like a successor to a totally different rapid rail system, but that's something I'll have to look up once I'm in an area without roaming fees again. However, the U4 has some nice parts, too, such as this area, where apparently someone said "does this side arm of the Danube really need the entire river bed to itself? Bet we can take some of that for the subway line." And they did. You can't actually see that from the train itself, but from the bridges passing over it, it makes for some fascinating views.
